The project consists of a network-style structure of node points, linked together by rigid and semi-rigid structural elements, and streams of data. The system functions like a living organism, reacts to the data impulses it receives, and moves in accordance with them, creating different topologies and modifying its relation to the environment. The structure can also compact itself into the smallest volumes for transportation. When not being used for specific events, the structure becomes an urban information centre.
