The project's concept proposes a model for the transformation of the city according to several stages :
. Construct a structural network that reinterprets the landscape on the geographic and climatic planes.
. Determine the elements that give
form to the city (texture, structure, landscape).
. Construct communal areas that will generate the urban transformation.
. Organise the spaces.
The theme of parks as the centre of urban activity is used to create the continuity of open spaces (nature parks, archaeological parks,
technoparks).
