![]() Drava river embankment The Italian team composed of Francesco Sabatini, Francesco Deli, Aurelia d´Andria, Alessandro Carmine Console, Gina Oliva, Francesco Belvedere, carried off the first prize. This big floating deck, is a simple but strong idea providing a new urban presence. It offers the maximum potential to be realised in a flexible and responsive way that could be adapted easily in space and time.The second prize went to the Croatian team led by Helena Paver Njiriç and the third to Colombian team Bureau TALLER 301 led by Julian Andres Restrepo Molina. One mention was awarded. Foot bridge The first prize was awarded to the Spanish team BURGOS & GARRIDO ARQUITECTOS, S.L.P. The bridge elegantly complements both embankments. It is in perfect harmony with the contemporary and historic context of the site as well as with the adjacent old steel bridge.The second prize was won by the Slovene team led by Viktor Markelj; the third went to the Spanish team led by José María Sánchez García. Two mentions were also awarded. Art gallery The jury unanimously awarded the first prize to the project by the Hungarian team led by Tamás Lévai and Ágnes Jószai. Elegant, functional and designed with subtlety, the building proposed is in perfect harmony with the surrounding urban fabric.The second prize went to a team from the United States, composed of Dong Ping Wong and Oana Stanescu. Two equal third prizes were awarded: one to the Croatian team led by Lea Pelivan; the other to the Portuguese team led by Pedro Oliveira. Seven mentions were also awarded.
