 From 11 to 15 March 2008, the 2008 edition of the international gathering and trade fair Mostra Convegno Expocomfort 2008 – MCE will take place in Milan, Italy.Organised by Fiera Milano, this biennial event will present the latest trends in innovation in the following sectors: Heat: energy efficiency, low consumption, technology, comfort, management of climate system;Energy: energy saving, renewable energy, new technological solutions;Cold: air conditioning, ventilation, commercial and industrial refrigeration;Water: hygiene procedures, chain of production, technology, design and aesthetics, functionality, water treatment.In addition to the 2750 exhibitors from all around the world, MCE 2008 will also propose a series of lectures encouraging debate and discussion on innovation between manufacturers and technicians. Within MCE 2008, NEXT ENERGY, a trade fair devoted to energy efficiency and renewable sources, will be held as well as EXPOBAGNO, dedicated entirely to the bathroom world. NEXT ENERGY will organise an international prize open to architects, designers and engineers who areinvited to submit a completed building or a building in the course of construction, innovative and energy efficient solutions or products. The two winning entries will be exhibited during the fair. The deadline for submission of projects is 31 December 2007. Partner to these events, the UIA, together with its experts, will organise a series of thematic lectures.
