WAN Awards 2010: In association with UIA

The International Union of Architects announces the bi-monthly international architectural awards programme organised by World Architecture News - WAN, an on-line international architectural magazine, UIA media partner.

Each Award session recognises, successively, recently built and/or unbuilt projects in the following sectors: healthcare; civic buildings; urban design; commercial buildings; residential buildings.

The UIA is associated with this initiative devoted to “Excellence in Design” and designed to highlight the dynamism of the profession around the world.

The next session focuses on healthcare facilities. Buildings completed after 1st January 2007 can be presented, as well as un-built projects.

All entries will be published on the world architecture news site. The winning entry will be awarded a 12 month subscription to the worldwide tender announcement service - WAN Tender alerts, worth 1 250 £.

The deadline for submissions for this session is 30 April 2010.

The participation fee is 350 £. Early registrations made before the 31 March will enjoy a preferential rate of 296 £.
