This entry has satisfactorily fulfilled the theme and the criteria of the competition. The proposal has an original and fresh approach but at the same time blends well with the traditional and cultural background and the natural characteristics of the site. Water as the main element of the scheme is sensitively used in conjunction with architecture, and the design quality of the architecture is human in scale and appropriate to the purpose and objective of the project. The overall project contributes to the improvement of the locality’s environment. In keeping with tradition, the project as presented is technically feasible.
