An urban reflection with an architectural end, the quality of which was remarked by the jury. The authors successfully proposed linking bridges built on the river in continuity with the existing jetties. The project, a modular and flexible structure, which could be an intelligent solution for the future of cities also has the merit of including mixed functions corresponding to today’s urban problems.
