A CENTRAL, METROPOLITAN AXIS

The project suggests using the railroad tracks that run through the city of Moscow to build an alternative transportation system on several levels including a highway network, services, shops, green areas, recreational areas, and parking lots, on a stretch of land approximately 1.5 km long.
