The jury appreciated the following positive aspects of the project:
• the scale and dimension of the whole project is most appropriate to the existing environment
• the green areas are extremely well-integrated
• its orientation in a straight line across the island with the church as the perspective point
• the reduced traffic viability.

The jury considered as negative the following aspects of the project:
• an oversized car-park on the east side of the island, almost like an entrance door
• the almost complete demolition of the old factory
• the lack of a strong, innovative, central idea for a site of this nature
• the project is slightly below the requirements of the promoters’ business plan.
