The jury appreciated the following positive aspects of the project:
• the Civic Centre, theatre, museum, and central square are directly connected with the town centre
• the residential area offers solutions that will guarentee a high quality of living
• the dimensions of the residential quarter
• the reduced traffic viability
• the business plan meets the promoters requirements.

The jury considered as negative the following aspects of the project:
• the scale, the volumes, and the architectonic forms and expressions of the buildings in the
• central area
• the parking area on the west side of the island is not integrated with the residential area, which is completely separated from the central area.
