Abdullatif Al Fozan Award for Mosque Architecture
The UIA is proud to endorse the third cycle of the triennial Abdullatif Al Fozan Award for Mosque Architecture.
The Prize was established in 2011 to recognize architectural innovation in mosque architecture.
It seeks to take into consideration urban issues influencing mosque architecture, going beyond form and addressing the socio-cultural impact of the mosque and its role in shaping social practices.
The Prize is currently accepting nominations for mosques built within Islamic countries after year 2000 and in use.
