Architecture & Children Work Programme update

The 4th cycle of the Golden Cubes Awards, run by UIA Work Programme Architecture & Children, received 50 submissions from 30 countries. The jury meeting, originally scheduled to take place at the UIA headquarters in Paris this spring, has been postponed to November 2020.

In light of the global pandemic, Architecture & Children have been conducting a large part of their activity online. Recent events include the Work Programme Spring meeting, during which members decided to plan special focus groups every month. One such focus session took place on June 26th, when members explored how different countries are dealing with Built Environment Education in the context of the pandemic.

The next Work Programme meeting is scheduled to take place online, 25 September, 2020.
