Denis Dessus succeeds Catherine Jacquot, elected in 2014, as President of the CNOA.
After finishing his architectural studies in 1983, Denis Dessus founded the Denis Dessus Architectural Firm, based in Privas (France) and, since 2010, in Shanghai (China). Legal expert and author of books and articles, he also teaches at SIVA University in Shanghai.
The new CNOA Bureau, elected for three years, includes Vice Presidents Eric Wirth and Valérie Flicoteau, Treasurer Régis Rioton and Secretary Anne Desplanques-Bettinger. The new team has announced its intention to restore to the profession its access to private commissions, to develop new fields, such as the digital, and will apply itself to issues around urban planning and social housing.
