Passes are now on sale for the UIA World Congress of Architects 2026, which will take place in Barcelona from 28 June to 2 July 2026. The Congress will provide an international platform for exchange, debate and inspiration, bringing together architects, researchers and students from across the world to reflect on the future of architecture in the context of a planet in transition.
The event aims to foster dialogue on the major challenges facing contemporary architecture, encouraging interdisciplinary perspectives and the sharing of knowledge and experiences at a global scale. Barcelona will host this major gathering of the architectural community, reinforcing its role as a key city for architectural thought, innovation and cultural exchange.

The UIA World Congress of Architects 2026 Barcelona is organised by the International Union of Architects (UIA) through the Higher Council of Professional Associations of Architects of Spain (CSCAE) and the Architects’ Association of Catalonia (COAC). The Congress receives institutional support and funding from the Ministry of Housing and Urban Agenda, the Government of Catalonia, and the Barcelona City Council.
