Daylight Talk by EFFEKT

26/11/2025

Sinus Lynge, Co-founder and Creative Director at EFFEKT, presents Daylight Talk #25, entitled ‘The Nature of Light – Designing with Daylight to Reconnect with Nature’.

Organised in collaboration with the Royal Danish Academy, the lecture continues the 2025 Daylight Talk series. The talk will be moderated by Louise Grønlund, Associate Professor at the Royal Danish Academy of Architecture, Design and Conservation in Copenhagen.

In his presentation, Lynge explores how architecture can shape and enrich our experience of light as it transforms throughout the day and across the seasons. Drawing from EFFEKT’s architectural practice in Denmark, he discusses how daylight is integrated as a formative element in educational and residential projects. His talk underscores the potential of daylight as a medium for supporting environmental awareness, spatial experience, and individual wellbeing.
